Veem announces domestic payments in Canada

Canada, welcome to a new Veem. We’re excited to announce the expansion of our Canadian payments service to include domestic payments. Now, you can send money to any other business in Canada.*

Canada is very important to us here at Veem. It’s where our CEO got his start, and where the majority of our team works.

With this announcement, our Canadian customers will be able to manage all their payments from the Veem platform. Through our seamless integration with common accounting software like Xero, Quickbooks, and Netsuite, or via their Veem dashboard, our customers can manage all their payments with just a few clicks.

Up to this point, Veem enabled Canadian businesses to manage payments with over 100 countries – you can now eliminate wasted time and reconciliation on your Canadian domestic payments all from one platform. With this announcement, current and new Veem customers can consolidate their payments processes, while returning unnecessary subscription fees back to your pocket.

This extension of our service will help Canadian businesses save even more time and money while further streamlining their payment processes. As usual, our dedicated customer service team is available 24/7 to answer questions and help our customers with any issues.

The * to your announcement is more than trivial. Quebec represents perhaps 25% of the population, and in business terms perhaps even more. When can Quebec based businesses expect Veem to be able to support payments?

Hi Mr Shwartz,

Quebec has some unique payment licensing requirements compared to the rest of Canada. We are looking at having this available in the future however we do not have a date yet. We can hold on to your contact info and let you know when we are ready to open up.

Thank you for your feedback.

Already a member, so I am anxiously awaiting developments on this (as are others). I would venture to say that a greater proportion of Canadian (and Quebec-based) SMEs rely on international B2B relationships compared to American SMEs. Veem may see a greater adoption rate here than in the US. So make this a priority!
