Now, Xero and Veem teamed together to let you deal with your invoices and payments even faster. Through our Xero invoicing feature, Veem customers can send their invoices directly from their Xero accounting software (please note that Xero invoicing is currently available to Veem customers based in the US.).
This allows you to get paid even faster with even less effort, for both domestic and global payments.
Unless you’ve already done so, please connect your Veem account to Xero before you start the process.
Go to your Xero Dashboard and open Payment Services via Settings >> General Settings >> Invoice Settings >> Payment Services.
To enable Veem payments on your Xero invoices, click on Add Custom URL and copy/paste the following text: https://api.veem.com/api/platform/xero/pay?invoiceId=[INVOICENUMBER]&shortCode=[SHORTCODE]&amount=[AMOUNTDUE]¤cy=[CURRENCY]
Recipients will get an email with the subject line invoice [invoice number] from Veem Inc for [email of invoicer].
If you click View Invoice, you’ll land on your Xero dashboard. The Pay Now button will provide you with the option to Pay with Veem (Bank Transfer).
Choosing that option will bring you to your Veem dashboard. Click the Send Payment button to finish your payment.
If you’re new to Veem, you’ll receive a prompt to add, review, and confirm your banking information.
Fill out the required information and click Send Payment to complete your payment.
On the next screen, sign up for a Veem account to save time when paying other invoices or invoicing your business partners yourself.
When your payment is processed, both your Veem and Xero accounts will be automatically updated and the invoice status will be set to paid. Your Veem dashboard allows you to track your payment all the way to the recipient.
