Position Overview

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Manager, FP&A will work with functional partners and multiple business lines to provide a wide range of financial and data-driven decision support to top management, including:

  • Creating and maintaining centralized financial models, and supporting month-end close process & forecasts,
  • Collecting, managing and analyzing data to define financial drivers of the business
  • Delivering insightful key metrics reports to influence business decisions in managing revenue growth and profitability
  • Leading consolidated reporting, variance analyses, and short & long-term forecasting processes across the company
  • External reporting to investors and other internal/external parties

This role will have significant exposure to Senior Management and must become a trusted thought partner to their teams. This role is based in San Francisco.

Key Skills:

  • Strong business judgment and partnership abilities to assist with decision making related to new initiatives, products, and business opportunities
  • Sophisticated financial modeling - build models from scratch, improve existing models,
  • and break complex models down into components that consolidate
  • Ability to work closely with accounting to provide input on management reporting needs and better understand our actuals
  • Special projects and deal support
  • Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of finance, business operations, and/or strategy consulting experience
  • Knowledge of the P&L and top/bottom line drivers
  • Knowledge of Excel and experience with modeling and analytics
  • Experience in data visualization and building scalable reporting tools
  • Experience building relationships across all levels of an organization and presenting to anyone from executive leadership to project teams
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects
