Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Sales/Revenue Finance, or Strategic Finance
  • Experience supporting sales and/or marketing teams
  • A penchant for nurturing trusted cross functional relationships, influencing decisions at the highest levels, and driving alignment on strategic priorities and financial objectives
  • Seen as a trusted and objective advisor
  • Strong communication skills are a must
  • Organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail, a sense of personal accountability, an urgency for achieving results while rejecting false tradeoffs
  • Ability to apply these concepts in evaluating opportunities and risks, and guiding leadership decision making across both short and long-term time horizons
  • Proficiency with core financial and revenue systems
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

Job Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you will partner directly with our Chief Customer Success Officer/Head of Sales  and Head of Marketing and other key business leaders to drive global planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for Veem’s Business organization
  • This is a high visibility role and will report directly to the Head of FP&A. 
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally with business & functional leaders to manage and own the overall budget, support the annual planning process, define and report on KPIs, provide key inputs and insights to revenue forecasts, and guide ROI-based decision making across Sales and Marketing teams and efforts
  • Assist sales team with needs related to processing through internal systems and processes (e.g., Salesforce.com, Sales loft) 
  • Strong knowledge of lead qualification, sales process and support handoff 
  • Assist in Sales Comp target setting process to accurately set sales quotas and track attainment
  • Plan and analyze paid acquisition, marketing program, conversion, pipeline, sales capacity, productivity, coverage, and investment ROIs
  • Assist in building reports & presentations for executive and board level audiences
