Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct periodic reviews of high and normal risk merchants
  • Perform ongoing and targeted compliance monitoring
  • Guiding onboarding process for high brand risk merchants and waiver approvals
  • Work with merchants, evaluating their business models to assess supportability to process on Veem
  • Evaluate unique business models to ensure alignment with Acceptable Use Policy
  • Strong adherence process while challenging the status quo by vetting assumptions and suggesting improvements to enable growth
  • Manage non-compliance notifications from financial partners fulfilling analysis and documentations requests. Work closely with our customers, account managers, and financial partners to resolve these requests

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Conducting KYC/KYB verifications and compliance screenings as part of a holistic AML program
  • Utilize available signals, including financial statements, to establish businesses credit worthiness
  • Breaking complex topics into digestible form for customers to instill confidence and create a positive experience
  • Transaction and Alert Monitoring for Fraudulent Activity
  • Escalated suspicious activity as part of a holistic AML program


  • Minimum 1 year of operational experience in the supplier due diligence and supportability space
  • Background in investigation/analysis of one of the following elements: content moderation, reputational screenings, transaction laundering, acceptable use reviews
  • Experience in financial partner waiver process and due diligence gathering
  • You truly thrive in a fast paced environment
  • You are adaptable to change and coachable
  • Extensive multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Ability to collaborate across departments
  • Able to work flexible shifts
