Responsibilities:

  • Conducting KYC/KYB verifications and compliance screenings as part of a holistic AML program
  • Conduct thorough review of person/business online presence including data gathering and adverse media screenings
  • Evaluating quality of information & documentation provided by Veem members
  • Communicate directly with users to provide a positive onboarding experience
  • Breaking complex topics into digestible form for customers to instill confidence and create a positive experience

What you will learn:

  • Evaluate unique business models to escalate cases to ensure alignment with Acceptable Use Policy
  • Performing risk evaluations on new & existing Veem accounts to escalate suspicious activity

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of operational experience in the financial transaction space and analysis with a primary focus in onboarding requirements
  • Organizational skills with a keen eye for detail 
  • You truly thrive in a fast paced environment 
  • You are adaptable to change and coachable 
  • Extensive multi-tasking and prioritization skills 
  • Experienced in customer service including complex topics such as disputes, KYC/KYB, and online fraud
  • Ability to collaborate across departments 
  • Able to work flexible shifts
